Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Within the Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Within the EU (outside the Netherlands): Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Outside the EU: We do not ship to countries outside the European Union.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and external circumstances.

4. Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped with a track & trace code. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

5. Customs & Import Fees
There are generally no additional customs or import fees for shipments within the EU. Any unexpected delays or charges are beyond our control.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
